I recommend to reflect on your own mindset: what does „difficult team members“ mean? How come that you label or judge others in that way?
Typically people have a good reason for acting like they do. So, try to be open-minded, try to find out, try to understand. The A.S.K method might be helpful: ask them. Connect to them.
What you experience as difficult or not-so-helpful might make total sense from another perspective. And you can work together on solutions that work for all better.
