Our Agile Team Facilitator Mentoring Program is designed to equip experienced Agile professionals with the knowledge, tools, and insights needed to facilitate and guide Agile teams toward higher levels of performance and collaboration.

Course Highlights:

Agile-Team-Facilitator Framework: Get overview and structure of Agile-Team-Facilitation

Role of Agile Team Facilitator: Grasp the responsibilities and expectations associated with the Agile Team Facilitator role, including facilitating ceremonies, resolving impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Effective Facilitation Techniques: Learn and practice facilitation techniques that promote active participation, engagement, and problem-solving within Agile teams.

Continuous Improvement: Explore approaches to measure team performance, gather feedback, and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Communication and Collaboration: Enhance communication skills to foster transparency, alignment, and collaboration within and outside the team.

Facilitating the Agile Practices: dive into the facilitation of the Retrospective and design other workshops for your Agile Team. 

 

The program consists of 15 hours of mentoring (10x 1.5hours)
and assignments in between the sessions for your intense learning!

This program is a 1:1 mentoring program and can start any time!
