Take a relaxing position.

Inhale · Exhale

Again: Inhale · Exhale

Straighten your back & feel your spine.
Inhale · Exhale · Inhale · Exhale

Feel the flow of your breath
Inhale · Exhale · Inhale · Exhale

and hear the flow of your breath.
Inhale · Exhale · Inhale · Exhale

Look at the sky and take in the color.
Inhale · Exhale · Inhale · Exhale

Feel the distance.
Inhale · Exhale · Inhale · Exhale

Straighten your back a little more.
Inhale · Exhale · Inhale · Exhale

And when you are ready:
take another deep breath and
take the challenge of the day 🙂
